Overtime Eligibility (Exempt 和 Non-exempt)

The University defines exempt 和 non-exempt employees in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Labor St和ards Act (FLSA) 和 applicable state law, 和 otherwise is subject to the requirements of the FLSA 和 applicable state law. “豁免”(i.e., salaried) employees are not eligible for overtime pay. “非豁免”(i.e., hourly) employees receive overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
