The tools 和 trainings listed below are meant for those wanting to move to the next level 和 host difficult conversations, or at least underst和 more about how these processes work. 例如, What are pieces needed to begin a restorative justice process 和 how can you determine if a situation is appropriate for restoration? What is deliberation 和 how can it bring effective results? How might one organize 和 host a dialogue?

Hosting typically has two roles, although some may play both: 召开, 促进. A convener hosts the meeting, providing a neutral space.  In some cases this person or group already has a status in the community as an impartial or multipartial host.  A facilitator plans the process 和 agenda (with input), runs the meeting, sometimes is tasked with producing some sort of output – an action plan, a plan for future meetings, 一份报告, 等. A common task - producing a neutral source of data for group consideration – is a role that can be played by either the convener 和/or facilitator.
